Personalisation is an essential element of your mail-piece and can typically be done by either lasering a letter/carrier or ink jetting. Laser personalisation can be as simple as a name and address or very complex, variable design include multi-fields and different texts. Ink jetting tends to be simpler but is cost-effective and high-speed.

Polywrapping is a great solution to enclose and mail brochures, catalogues or magazines and might be also be used to ‘wrap’ promotional items, newspapers or flyers. It’s can be cheaper and lighter than a paper envelope, saving you money on both the cost of the ‘outer’ but may also help keep the item weight under a weight band, saving money on postage too!

Our envelope enclosing service can handle everything from a single letter through to more complicated, multi-part campaigns. We are able to feed a variety of items such as letters, leaflets, brochures, business reply envelopes etc. into paper envelopes at high speeds. Combined with OCR or CBC mail services these can offer the best postal discount.

Hand fulfilment might be used to insert items into envelopes, polybags or ‘jiffy’ (bubble) bags where quantity, size or personalised matching might dictate. Not everything can be mechanically inserted and that is where our dedicated hand-fulfilment team comes in. Wiro-bound calendars, z-folded leaflets or complex mailing are routinely managed.

Unlike many mailing houses we take time to pre-process your data, removing or correcting poor information and offer a FREE data audit providing information on possible deceased, goneaways, duplicates and new addresses.

If we can’t print it in-house then our Print Management services are here to help you. Over the 30 years we’ve been providing direct mail services we have developed relationships with print partners across the UK and Europe enabling us to source an array of print at very competitive prices.

Discounts are available when mailing to large numbers of individuals within the UK. This uses a service called Mailsort. If you are posting at least 1,000 Large Letters or 4,000 Letter sized items you can benefit from a range of postal savings that could cut your postage costs in half. We work with both Royal Mail and all the major DSA’s.
