Jason heads our Account Management team as our Sales Manager and looks after existing clients as well as bringing new ones onboard. Jason believes that all customers should be treated with equal importance regardless of how big or how strategic they are to the business, therefore his team is built around being ethical and delivering exception customer service.

In his role as Technical Director, Alastair examines and analyses projects as they progress from quotation to order. Overseeing the IT department and production administration, if you have a technical question regarding data or need advice on print or design give him a call.The ‘oracle’ of all things mailing, data, print and postage, if you need to enquire about something, Alastair usually has the answer. With a diverse background including sales, fulfilment, account management, web / email marketing, event management and print procurement Alastair has built up a wealth of knowledge that you can tap into.
Outside of work, married and a father of two, he is a keen DIYer and is the treasurer of his local football team Costessey Sports playing a key role in organising their Annual Youth Tournament.

Our Managing Director, Paul Middleditch has been with the business for over 17 years and has overseen a number of important changes to the structure of the company and the mailing business as a whole. Joining the company after leaving the RAF, Paul’s organisational skills have helped build and develop the business.
Paul is responsible for running the production and overseeing all commercial activities. Ultimately it is his responsibility to get your job completed on time, even though, as is more often the case, with ever shrinking time-scales.
Karl is responsible for account managing jobs as they progress from quotes to orders, through the data and production process to completion. He will likely be your first port of call once your job is ‘live’ to discuss delivery of stock, issues with data and will present you with proofs for your approval.
Karl recently joined Cavalier Mailing after a long career in the records storage management and has a keen eye for detail.

Nigel joined Cavalier Mailing in February 2001 as Finance Manager coming from a re-insurance and oil industry background. “I would like to think these industries have given me a very diverse outlook on business practices and strategic processes.”He enjoys all sports watching, especially football and cricket and participating in White Collar Boxing events training at Elvo’s White Collar Boxing Club. Married with three children Nigel is a well travelled individual and has spent time training in accounts and business administration in Austin, Texas.
Nigel is also responsible for keeping a tight grip on business overheads, maintaining our environmental and recycling policies and enforcing our health and safety regulations.
Alison joined Cavalier in 2015 and has 30 years of experience, mainly in the manufacturing industry. She spent a year travelling around Australia and worked for a time in Sydney.
Ali (as she likes to be called) has three cats (Emma, Jade and Sophie) who are all re-homed from Venture Farm Cat Rescue at Mattishall. In her spare time she enjoys planting and picking at her allotment but leaves all of the fun jobs (weeding and digging) to her husband. “New balls please”, a keen tennis fan, has been to Wimbledon several times.
Alison’s role, as her title might suggest, is assisting our Finance Director. This includes raising and sending invoices and of course responding to invoice and payment queries. Alison also works on a range of other tasks within the business.
Martin certainly wouldn’t be considered an IT ‘nerd’ but it’s fair to say that he data crunches all the working day. Your data processing is in safe hands and Martin has a keen eye for detail and will often spot issues with presented data that might miss the less observant eye. Martin’s role revolves around the handling of client data, manipulating and presenting in a useable format and providing client’s with a breakdown of what we have received, what we might have amended / removed and what ultimately we will be posting.
Martin joined in 2006 and outside of work he enjoys playing five-a-side football (he’s also a lifelong ‘Gunners’ fan) and socialising with friends. Martin must be proud of his legs because he wears shorts all year around!
