Polywrapping
Polywrapping is a great solution to enclose and mail brochures, catalogues or magazines and might be also be used to ‘wrap’ promotional items, newspapers or flyers. It can be cheaper and lighter than a paper envelope, saving you money on both the cost of the ‘outer’ but may also help keep the item weight under a weight band saving money on postage too!

Polywrap can either be clear (for mailed items this is typically used in conjunction with a carrier sheet or printed directly onto the cover of the brochure) or printed. Printed polythene might be a simple white-band (allowing us to inkjet onto) or more extensive print either covering some or all of one side or printed on both sides (sometimes used to obscure the contents, sometimes to help promote the pack with vibrant colours or photo quality designs)

Our poly wrapping lines can cope with different sizes of items from ranging fromA6 postcards through to A3 publications and because the film fits the width of the product you can supply items which might not be ‘standard’ in size. Additional items can be fed onto the product prior to the item being wrapped – these items are called onserts (as opposed to inserts which go inside an item).
